Fly Swatter Maasai

Fly Swatter Maasai

Maasai Fly Swatter. These are great collectors items and are actually utilized to swat large Tsetse flies and other annoying insects throughout Africa. While on safari in the Serengeti I found these to be very helpful. Tsetse flies are extremely large and have a biting sting. I experienced this first hand. This collectible and useful tool (especially if you have big bugs where you live) was made by the Maasai in the village of Emurototo, Kenya in the Masai Mara.
